Pathogens that are starred (*) represent taxa featured with AMR detection. Pathogens marked with a dagger (†) may be reported either as an unknown species within their genus (e.g., Neisseria species) or as two or three closely related species when the test cannot determine the exact species (e.g., Aspergillus flavus/oryzae).
