At Karius, we are focused on helping clinicians diagnose infections, guide treatment, and ultimately improve patient care.

The Karius® Test is a comprehensive genomic assay that can identify more than 1,000 pathogens from a standard blood draw, including bacteria, DNA viruses, fungi, molds and protozoa. It uses next-generation sequencing to detect cell-free pathogen DNA circulating in a patient’s bloodstream.
