Position Summary
We are seeking a talented marketing analytics and insights professional to join our Marketing and Commercial team. In this role you will build and expand our marketing analytics capabilities to help us optimize the Karius customer journey and achieve personalization at scale. You will accomplish this initiative by analyzing our campaign effectiveness, performing customer segmentation, developing marketing attribution models to identify high ROI campaigns, and assisting with integrating voice of customer insights. You will also build out a Marketing KPI dashboard that evaluates our performance against the objectives in our Strategic Marketing Plan, which include, call-to-action (CTA) metrics, content usage, content engagement, content value/ROI, lead conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. You will be an integral part of understanding our customer, including having a clear understanding of the competitive landscape.

Reports to:    Director, Marketing 

Location:  Redwood City, CA 

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop an end to end marketing leads to sales opportunity funnel.
  • Create a process to track marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Partner with commercial operations to build models and dashboards to monitor business performance.
  • Incorporate customer trends, insights, and business context into analyses and recommendations.
  • Act as an analytics expert on the product marketing team, and function as a partner in strategic planning, experimentation, attribution, and personalization initiatives.
  • Actively create and maintain a market landscape for today and in the future.
  • Integrate consumer insights learnings into a strategic perspective to identify competitive strengths and future health trends.
  • Maintain a deep understanding and current awareness of the healthcare industry.
  • Respond to research requests from executives, including company analysis and competitive assessments.
  • Research and attend relevant industry conferences.

Travel:      Travel required up to 20%. 

 

Physical Requirements
Subject to extended periods of sitting and/or standing, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is generally performed in an office, lab or clinical environment.

 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business. Marketing, Sales or equivalent; MBA preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant related experience with 2+ years of work experience required in Sales, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Competitive Intelligence, Sales Operations, and/or Strategy consulting.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools as well as marketing automation tools (i.e. Salesforce, Pardot, Looker, Google Analytics)
  • Experience with SaaS marketing technology and tools.
  • Experience building intuitive, yet multi-faceted reports and dashboards end-to-end.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational level and to raise findings to upper management in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience in conducting competitive analyses and generating actionable recommendations.
