We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong operating and technical accounting skills, proven leadership, excellent communication skills, and a strong detail orientation. You Will:
·       Own Annual Financial plan development and delivery to Senior Management and Board of Directors
·       Manage the finance team, including the set-up of an organizational structure and business processes adequate for achieving the company’s goals and objectives
·       Oversee preparation of company accounting records and controls necessary to maintain auditable records
·       Work with department heads to obtain variance analysis for budget to actual on monthly cycle and identify tools necessary for improved reporting and control
·       Provide business analysis support to business development function
·       Be responsible for stock option and award accounting and oversight of equity administration
·       Manage external audit and tax compliance work, providing outside audit team and tax preparers with requested information on a timely basis
·       Manage customer billings, receivables and collections
·       Manage accounts payable and employee expense reporting
·       Process semi-monthly payroll and assist in the implementation of the sales compensation plan
·       Oversee tax, treasure and banking and insurance
 
You Bring:
·       A minimum of 15+ years' experience in Senior Accounting and Supervisory/Review level
·       B.S. Degree in Accounting, or equivalent  
·       CPA or MBA preferred but not required
·       Knowledge of US GAAP and internal control frameworks
·       Public company or IPO experience desired
·       Biotechnology, healthcare or health insurance industries preferred
·       Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills
·       Experience with ERP system conversion or implementation is a plus
